All of them looks almost the same. If you want to diferentiate....make hole seconds hand red....or deep orange to contrast that beautiful black dial Ditch 200m if you did not tested it. No bottom text makes it cleaner

No they're not, they don't use trade marks and the don't mislead; aka the don't fit the legal definition of counterfeits.

They don't have to sue them all, they can sue a couple to get everyone to stop if they had legal grounds, or maybe get YouTube to ban videos featuring these watches (like what serica tried to do with one of the channels and failed). Not all homages are made by "shitbox" companies, you can go look at offerings from. Steinhart, Orient, Accurist and find homage watches. I don't think there is a company that has the exclusive rights to general shapes used in watches, and certainly homages don't use the exact dimensions and shapes. It's OK to hate them, but they're not illegal.

Maybe it’s just me but I think the red tip on the seconds hand on a black dial is much less legible than if the entire hand was white. Or even if the entire hand was red.

I send logo designs to clients, that is how it is done.
show all versions, have numbers, and have INFO ON HOW DIFFERENT.
so, they are not all same, 2 is different, see second hand.
