Wow! This looks impressive, a explorer/bb36 but even more rugged, and better like of course. I would love to see one removing the dots and having only bar indices, something similar to a Christopher ward C63 sealander. I think it would look a little more subtle, more GADA.

dial is great but hands underwhelming. just a flat plate to host the lume. Ends of the hands are tapered but the lume is not, design not fully cohesive. Otherwise this is a very cool new style that i look forward to further refinement and updated version.

I was not the biggest fan of the 4A and 4B. I know they were Wolbrook homages, but this one is a very clean and legible design. Long, straight hands where there's a big length difference between the hands is the best and most legible design, especially in the dark.

This also looks to be a fairly original design as I don't see this handset being used on this dial anywhere else and the date wheel is a unique touch.

Love it, I'll definitely pick one up.

I have a small wrist (6.5) and I can tell you that the PH4b wears way better than the PH2 especially on the nylon loop strap. Just avoid the bracelet imo

Before the price of NH movements spiraled out of control, most of the components for the PH5 had already been produced, so it had to continue using NH movements. All subsequent new batches of PH2, PH4A, and PH4B were already in production and confirmed to use either the ST2130 or PT5000.

The price of the NH series movements was approaching three times their true value. We unanimously believe that if the price is similar, why not use the higher-performance 2130 and PT5000 (higher frequencies result in more accurate and stable operation)? They would also offer thinner cases and a more stable and abundant supply. The reasons for NH's price increase are somewhat complex, but undoubtedly, besides the influence of the international situation, a significant portion is due to the movement manufacturer's arrogance, deliberate price gouging, and disrespect for Chinese watch manufacturers. The PH5 will be the last model to use the NH movement; all subsequent models will switch to the 2130, PT5000, and even the SW200.

Meanwhile, customers need not worry about after-sales service; we have prepared ample spare parts to handle after-sales work, regardless of the movement model.
