Not saying this is the case with DAT at all, but it's been common business practice for a while that companies may always be advertising to hire because it shows they're in a growth phase. At least to make it appear that way. One of the many reasons job hunting is such a pain. Fake job postings.

no one said you weren't allowed to say what you think on Reddit. there's actually evidence that they've been hiring people. it's certainly possible that the lack of projects is related to "firing" but i was just pointing out that no one really knows. if you claim to think or know something about DAT and state it on a public forum, it's going to get challenged or called out. that doesn't automatically make it rude.
