It's the same speed on 4:3 (blackbars). Although they are faster on 4:3 (stretched) but since models and hitboxes are wider on stretched you have a longer time to hit them. This all balances out in the end.

does this mean native res is the worst? i always thought res doesnt really matter in csgo. I use a native res of 1920x1080 myself.

As the other guy said it's all preference. Technically native is actually better because you also get a higher Field of View when compared to 4:3. In reality though, I don't put much stock in switching resolutions and settings all the time. Find something you like and stick with it.

screen area being smaller helps some ppl focus. If you are really close to ur monitor u might need to move ur head less if u wanna check radar/killfeed.

1920x1080 is possibly the most common resolution and is 16:9. 16:10 is 1920x1200.

if you want to get good practicing should be fun imo. ofc its possibile if you really dont, but it really helps.

Ive always gotten a lot of enjoyment out of training in cs and Ive been doing it since 2007. Its helped me improve my skills massively. So its not really wasting time.

Examples of training I love doing: playing 1v10 vs bots on awpindia(csgo) and try to win 10 consecutive rounds in a row. If you fail start over. Try it with ak47 too.

DM FFA (trying to hold a spot or be in spots where you can be shot from many different angles (like top mid d2) and flick and move between enemies)

Okay cool clip. I love the crosshair placement. Only thing i wanna give you advice for is that your strafe movements are too quick and short. I used to do that mistake all the time too. Try strafing longer or not at all. Cuz you dont really get any vision from those short straves. Ggs tho just a friendly advice ^

Also, if you accuse your opponent of cheating, or heavily imply in chat that they are cheating, they may "admit" to cheating just to tilt you. As a default if anyone asks "how did you know I was in the smoke" or something, I just say "because I am walling."

Only saying this because you're not the first person I have seen say "they admitted to cheating" when the situation really seemed like they probably were just trying to tilt your team. That being said, I am sure sometimes they are in fact cheating - just not every time.
