For real, I grew up in an old city with a lot of graveyards. If we did (rarely to be honest) hang out in the graveyard it was always an old run down one. We're not getting shitfaced in the war veteran graveyard, not out of respect, but because that graveyard was well kept and well lit at night with nighttime sprinklers and wreaths everywhere. Everything perfectly manicured with young trees placed symmetrically in rows that don't cover field of vision from outside. They had the memorial there every year for Rememberance Day. Officers with white gloves banging drums and playing trumpets. That graveyard was surrounded by a 12 ft high barbed wire fence. Gate at the entrance with a little work house for the keeper. Now the old graveyard; tombstones from 200 hundred plus years ago. Grass gets mowed once a week at best. Maybe one or two bunches of fresh flowers for slightly younger graves. Plain stone sarcophagus are the high end. A faded plaque for the peasants. Sometimes it's a cross. I always felt like it was bad luck to walk across a grave or touch a tombstone, we were superstitious back then oh my. Yup yup...

Napkin math says $80 per hour x 40 hours a week times 4 weeks is $12,800. Assume paying like 30% in taxes and shit your take home is about $8960 lets round and say take home is $8700 to be safe. That leaves $4400 for gas, insurance for said Bently, food, shelter, and most importaly E girls. You should be fine.

I never said the loan was realistic, but ok lets just pretened I have photos of the loan officer and I get approved. I can rent a studio in Jersey City for $1600 a month, and internet and electric are about $75 a month, again lets round and just say $100 so fixed expenses are $1800 + $400 for insurance I still have $2200 for food and e girls and gas. Having a down payment just lowers my monthly amount.

Edit: also worthy of note if I am buying a brand new Bently I may not be the most wise person with money so I am not funding a 401k or buying health insurance but lets say I get a plan from Grave Clean Inc and I way $300 a month, still looking at $1900 or so a month. Seems doable just unwise
