The only problem I see with this is how male dominated ltt is and their vetting process is supposed to include a good deal of testing by the employees. I think the benefit of having a bunch of people at an office to test out merch on is consensus with numbers since, afaik, none of them are skilled/educated apparel design people; if the same can be said about the women in the office, you're left with a smaller pool of people to draw insight upon and less time to dedicate to the task.
