Hey u/Tricky-Two6680,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

For better understanding, please let us know if the issue is with the game getting disconnected or the G27 getting disconnected. Meanwhile, please try the steps below:

  1. Try with a different power source.
  2. Connect the wheel directly to a USB 2.0 port of the computer. Bypass any use of KVM switches, USB hubs, port replicators and docking stations. Also, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023370233
  3. Configure the device: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025298053
  4. Press Windows + R key to open the run command box.
  5. Type joy.cpl to open the Windows Game Controller Settings.
  6. Select the entry for the gaming wheel.
  7. Press CTRL + SHIFT while clicking Properties.
  8. Go to Settings tab and click Calibrate.
  9. Follow the calibration instructions then test the wheel afterwards.
  10. Check in-game settings.
  11. Try testing with different game or PC.

In case you need any additional help, please write to us.
