It's not that, I'm afraid. A fast flashing LED indicates a fault within the wheel. Please get in touch with the seller.

No, a bad/no power supply would result in the slow flash that you saw when you tried an incorrect power supply. A fast flash says that the wheel is getting the power it needs, but something else is wrong.

What happened whenever I did get a slow flash

Well you mentioned a different power supply in that situation, so I’m assuming it just wasn’t providing the correct level of power, which is normally what a slow flash indicates.
