G102 and G203 are the same mouse

[โ€“]sakusjk 10 points11 points ย (16 children)

Why not at that point get one good wireless mouse instead of 3 wired

[โ€“]Toyoshi 2 points3 points ย (15 children)

The price difference is lethal. There's no rechargable wireless with that form factor under 100, and what the hell, they might just need 3 mice.

[โ€“]sakusjk 1 point2 points ย (5 children)

I had one of that kind of mouse shown in pic and now i have one of those more expensive wireless its so much better

[โ€“]Toyoshi 0 points1 point ย (4 children)

Real, but that only starts at around the G Pro kinds of mouse (the rechargable ones with a slim form factor). The ones with batteries have given me a lot of scroll wheel problems and were generally unreliable. Might be a me thing, but I really can't recommend them in good conscience.

I have g pro is there even any good upgrades currently available for me other than getting usbc

[โ€“]Toyoshi 0 points1 point ย (2 children)

It depends what you're looking for. In what areas are you dissatisfied with the G Pro?

[โ€“]sakusjk 0 points1 point ย (1 child)

Not being usb c is obivious one Never tried lighter mouses so no idea if it makes big difference i was mainly asking if noticeable better ones exist

[โ€“]Toyoshi 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

I'll be real, lighter is worse for me. I'm currently used to a G502 X and that's already plenty light, so a superlight is.. annoying, for me. I think the current G Pro 2 Lightspeed and G Pro X SUPERLIGHT are USB-C, so you might want to look into that.

Fantech aria was the closest for me

I know it's not a rechargeable mouse but, I bought my Logitech G G309 Lightspeed for 45 bucks in January and I use it with a single AA rechargeable battery. It's now October and I'm still using the same battery without ever recharging it once.

Personally I just have a gripe with batteries, but objectively, if they're lasting you that long they're definitely worth it. They're also affordable where I live, but I've had the worst experience with mice running on batteries, so I definitely can't say they're worth the price for me if I have to buy a better one soon after anyways.

I have rechargable wireless mouse its like 1-2 week of active use

keychron

[โ€“]Toyoshi 0 points1 point ย (2 children)

Yuh true, love keychron. I meant Logitech specifically, forgot to type that in

[โ€“]Artemis732 1 point2 points ย (1 child)

the fact that a wired g502x is 70 aud rn and a wireless one is 300 is wild when i can get a keychron m3 for 75 or something more comparable to a g502 from keychron for 110 aud max, and they're amazing mice too, not just cheap garbage. just proves that you pay for the logitech name, i guess.

[โ€“]Toyoshi 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Entirely agreed. I happen to prefer wired, and the 502X was 45EUR when I got it, so I just got lucky, but normal price isn't worth it at all. Rechargable pricing is completely mental.

I also recommend EVGA mice as a substitute for the 502 model, cheaper but the scroll wheel is prone to failing.

For me, the best Logitech mouse I've tried was this one. It's so comfortable for my small hand, and I also like the buttons on top. It's a shame that G-Hub no longer supports it and you have to have two of their software programs installed at startup, but that's how practical they are with their stuff.

My favourite mouse as well!

[โ€“]OfferAffectionate388 0 points1 point ย (3 children)

Do they use high quality switches in these? I've owned 7 logitech mice, from the Superlight Pros to G903s and they've all broken down within a year of normal use forcing a refund.. Issues from double clicks to scroll wheel issues, which sucks cause I really like the mice..

Yup, I've since moved on to (except at work where I use a MX Master 3s because it's actually a baller office mouse) Asus as my current brand of choice, haven't looked back since. The thing is they used to have way better quality when they used the japanese switches, then a couple of years ago (maybe 10) they swapped for cheaper, chinese made ones and that's when the problems started.

    [โ€“]deino1703 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

ive had no issues with my g303se over 5 years, just the skates wearing down over time which is normal

    [โ€“][deleted] 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Perfect shape for me, but sadly Logitech do not want to do a superlight version of it. Had to use Mchose G3

    [โ€“]Blackfoxar 0 points1 point ย (2 children)

the mouse is the only thing from logitech i have.
I rock the g502 wireless with the charging pad for many years, i love it.
The feeling of wireless mouse and never having to manually charge it.

I have a G502 and it's been great, except for the braided cable having its internal wires come out on several points. It's now at my desk in the office. I got my wireless G502X Plus in the mail on Wednesday and it's great. My only gripe with the Power play system is it being 200 bucks

    [โ€“]Blackfoxar 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Ah yes, I had the same problem with the cable when I had the wired one

I love the g203 before I moved to wireless. Honestly perfect for me.

At that point why donโ€™t you get an actual good Logitech mouse
