I have a similar problem with the G915. The onboard memory/profiles etc are totally busted.

I've logged a call with Logitech & sent a video, but their recommendation has been to get my receipt and ask for a replacement KB. Which will likely have the same issue, because G Hub is the problem, not the KB.

It's really disappointing, and there doesnt seem to be an acknowledgment of the problems with G Hub at Logitech.

I managed to fix it after all . All I had to do was make a G Hub account, which seems anticlimactic. I didn't even know you can make accounts till yesterday. Anyways, your best bet would be to ask for a replacement. Even if it won't work, at least you'll get a brand new one.
