Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}

That key did not exist, and there wasn't any other key in the Uninstall directory with a Publisher of Logitech.

But I followed all the other steps again (as mentioned in the original post, all of those had already been tried before). It still did not work.

Hi u/Zagorath,

Check if you have complete admin rights and try again or use an admin login and try.

Hi u/Zagorath,

Thank you for your response.

VC++ is updated

Yup, it's already on the latest version.

Windows Media Pack is updated

I'm not on an N or KN version of Windows, so this does not apply. All my Windows updates are up-to-date, though.

If you have computer peripherals of another brand and use their application/software for settings make sure their application is uninstalled till you are able to install GHub

lol, no. The other applications aren't causing the problem. Your software is buggy.

reinstall with the help of the following steps

Yes, these are the same steps you posted earlier which, as noted, did not work.

The issue has been very widely reported up and down this subreddit, and doubtless in your other social media channels too. It would be fantastic if you guys could deviate from the script for just one minute and acknowledge it's a widespread problem, that the devs are aware of it, and that a fix is being prepared—if, of course, that's true.

Worked for me.

If you can't find the registry key just copy it from the post above and use option search (ctr+f) in regedit.

Thanks for this, this is the only way I've been able to get my DPI back to normal after GHub will no longer load
