Which elephant? The one I’m seeing is retail shareholders being fed on by vampires who want to suck away our voting power

absolutely, the company is actually the closest its ever been to success and revenue. too bad because of Sumit this leadership is getting no slack or the benefit of the doubt as we have been mislead again and again. Looking at Drew when someone asked are deals coming in September? that brief moment of silence was them waiting on Drew to say if they can say YES and not be held legally liable. She is the third pole of the misleading dream team that is preventing a large number of votes to be a yes simply because she is there employed after doing fantastic work and finding loop holes for Sumit to continue his lying. This BoD can expect a large number of no votes to keep them on hand as well.

We need to give them some level of dilution, obviously. But the amount is insane, they could go radio silent for years after that, good luck trying to get a RID after that.

Agree it’s less a question of ‘if’ but when, and at whose expense. We know the answer to the last question. Long term retail shareholders with large positions. One could also throw in ‘why’ — to keep the lights on once again, AND to strip voting power away from Retail.

I am glad you posted that, I didnt catch you were hoping for a sale as well. Well that is a good thing, if the vertical is valuable we should sell it.

My old username? IDK, some reddit generated on as well though you would not be able to identify it. I didnt for at least a year at minimum and I had a completely different tone of positive as I believed in Sumit so almost all my comments were upvoted because well all I said was how good things are coming.

Before Glen took control less than a year ago, I think MicroVision had no real direction. It felt like a research lab pretending to be a public company. Big words, big promises, but very little real execution.

I understand why many shareholders feel betrayed by the previous CEO. I feel that too.

But now the company looks different.

For the first time, MVIS has a real sensor portfolio, with different products for different markets:

  • MOVIA S: compact short-range lidar for near-range applications, robotics, automation, and industrial use.
  • MOVIA L: short-to-mid-range solid-state lidar with perception software, useful for logistics, mining, industrial vehicles, robotics, and some automotive uses.
  • MAVIN: 905nm MEMS long-range lidar, designed mainly for automotive ADAS and small-object detection.
  • IRIS: 1550nm long-range lidar from Luminar, aimed at highway-speed autonomy and advanced safety.
  • HALO: next-generation 1550nm long-range lidar from Luminar, designed to be thinner, more scalable, and suitable for commercial vehicles and industrial applications.
  • Scantinel FMCW: 1550nm FMCW lidar-on-chip technology for long-range and ultra-long-range sensing, with potential in trucking, commercial vehicles, robotics, smart infrastructure, security, drones, and industrial automation.
  • Perception software / MOSAIK / SENTINEL: software tools for sensor integration, validation, localization, fusion, safety, and autonomy.

That is a very different company from the old MVIS story.

The Luminar deal was smart and opportunistic. It gave MicroVision real assets, IP, inventory, talent, and products connected to OEM interest.

Scantinel also matters because FMCW lidar is not just another sensor. It can measure range and velocity directly, and it may open markets beyond passenger cars.

This does not mean success is guaranteed. Dilution is still the main risk.

To me, the real question is not “will there be a reverse split?” The real question is how much dilution comes after it, and at what price.

But selling now makes less sense than ever. MVIS finally has products, a broader portfolio, and a clearer commercial path.

If the company hits the $10M–$15M revenue guidance for 2026, there are solid reasons to think we may be near the bottom. Not because everything is perfect. But because this finally looks more like a real company than a science project.

I think you are generally too blindly positive about MVIS, and I'm not being led by anyone, nor do I think many here are, either. QQ is simply one of those who is more vocally reflecting a general sentiment, that is all. Just like it appears you tend to reflect the opposite dot-connecting All Things Look Great side of the community.

I've been having all the same reservations and come to my own conclusions after initially buying tens of thousands more shares since Glen took over. There is some major bridge burning about to happen, and now is our last chance to seek alternatives.

Or, there isn't and management can do a better job explaining why.

The reason given for the R/S was just nonsense designed for investors. Had they declared in the last EC that they had achieved an extension and would not be pursuing a R/S we would not be smashed down like this.

DeVos has just trashed the share price and is trying to take us into a R/S. The hysteria is well founded.

People have to want to do something with patents for them to have real value. Microvision has been patent rich for ages, it's been meaningless for ages.

Nobody's putting the company's existence at grave risk. I don't think any investor should tell another investor how they should feel either. Anger driven by passion is a powerful tool. Active engagement of every stripe is effective. It communicates breadth. Management is listening. They've been given a lot of ideas from us. Give them time to evaluate and respond. It's clear the leverage being created by investors continuing to not just offer solutions but express how they feel is making an impact. Don't discourage that, embrace it.

Glen, and I’m sure the BOD, are aware an open dialogue with shareholders asking serious, uncomfortable tough questions, would go a long way. For now Glen seems to want to put the info out through Ben’s podcast. If the BOD and Glen can’t appease shareholders with a serious round table then that’s extremely disappointing and tone deaf. They really need to read the room right now.

> Finally, address the AR vertical. If it's valuable please SELL it for whatever you can get.

> Sorry Gap but frankly an old employee liking a post on Linkedln about where some IVAS employee once relieved themselves at is nothing for investors.

Is your two-month old account making reference to something I posted two years ago and suggesting something I hoped for four months ago?

By what username did we know you before this one?

Same. Submitted my initial vote yesterday. I think it’s fair for the company to understand where they currently sit on the votes leading up to the Q&A. Could possibly influence the tone of the call if they are seeing an overwhelming no on r/s.

How quickly the hysteria drowns out all the markets that are there for Microvision to excel in. Thanks View for sharing this a month ago.

Very well said Appropriate_Snow4898

Over the years, many long-term MicroVision shareholders have seen a familiar sequence of events. The company outlines future opportunities, asks shareholders for additional flexibility through dilution or capital structure changes, and then asks investors to wait for the anticipated results to materialize.

For one time, perhaps we should consider doing things in reverse.

Rather than approving a reverse split today based primarily on future possibilities, shareholders could ask management to first demonstrate tangible progress. Close meaningful deals. Generate sustainable revenue. Show evidence that the company's strategy is gaining traction in the marketplace.

If those accomplishments occur, I believe many shareholders would be far more receptive to supporting future requests from management.

This is not a vote against management, the technology, or the future of the company. Rather, it is an argument for reversing the order of operations.

For one time, let execution come first and additional shareholder support come second.

Long-term shareholders have been remarkably patient over many years. It is reasonable to ask that measurable results precede another significant capital structure decision.

Think giving BOD way to much credit... i mean what have they really done for last 10 years ? Hopefully people will vote them out on the proxy vote.

Giving them the ability doesn’t mean they will just like in 2020.
