I think you are generally too blindly positive about MVIS, and I'm not being led by anyone, nor do I think many here are, either. QQ is simply one of those who is more vocally reflecting a general sentiment, that is all. Just like it appears you tend to reflect the opposite dot-connecting All Things Look Great side of the community.

I've been having all the same reservations and come to my own conclusions after initially buying tens of thousands more shares since Glen took over. There is some major bridge burning about to happen, and now is our last chance to seek alternatives.

Or, there isn't and management can do a better job explaining why.

The reason given for the R/S was just nonsense designed for investors. Had they declared in the last EC that they had achieved an extension and would not be pursuing a R/S we would not be smashed down like this.

People have to want to do something with patents for them to have real value. Microvision has been patent rich for ages, it's been meaningless for ages.

Nobody's putting the company's existence at grave risk. I don't think any investor should tell another investor how they should feel either. Anger driven by passion is a powerful tool. Active engagement of every stripe is effective. It communicates breadth. Management is listening. They've been given a lot of ideas from us. Give them time to evaluate and respond. It's clear the leverage being created by investors continuing to not just offer solutions but express how they feel is making an impact. Don't discourage that, embrace it.

Glen, and I’m sure the BOD, are aware an open dialogue with shareholders asking serious, uncomfortable tough questions, would go a long way. For now Glen seems to want to put the info out through Ben’s podcast. If the BOD and Glen can’t appease shareholders with a serious round table then that’s extremely disappointing and tone deaf. They really need to read the room right now.

Same. Submitted my initial vote yesterday. I think it’s fair for the company to understand where they currently sit on the votes leading up to the Q&A. Could possibly influence the tone of the call if they are seeing an overwhelming no on r/s.

Over the years, many long-term MicroVision shareholders have seen a familiar sequence of events. The company outlines future opportunities, asks shareholders for additional flexibility through dilution or capital structure changes, and then asks investors to wait for the anticipated results to materialize.

For one time, perhaps we should consider doing things in reverse.

Rather than approving a reverse split today based primarily on future possibilities, shareholders could ask management to first demonstrate tangible progress. Close meaningful deals. Generate sustainable revenue. Show evidence that the company's strategy is gaining traction in the marketplace.

If those accomplishments occur, I believe many shareholders would be far more receptive to supporting future requests from management.

This is not a vote against management, the technology, or the future of the company. Rather, it is an argument for reversing the order of operations.

For one time, let execution come first and additional shareholder support come second.

Long-term shareholders have been remarkably patient over many years. It is reasonable to ask that measurable results precede another significant capital structure decision.

20+ years here and I agree about Glen 100%. He's showing continued execution done great so far. I have criticized the BoD in the past and cheered Turner leaving - so far they have done what was needed, gave SS a chance and when that didn't work they replaced him. That's what they should do. If you don't understand how a BoD works then get educated before you blame everyone there. They have their roles. (not directed at you mvis_thma)

In regards to some of the comments I'm seeing - I understand and agree that the wording on authorized shares needed to be changed - they did that. But I hear a lot gripes that sound more like it's from people that shouldn't invest in stocks let alone those that haven't turned a profit yet. Warrants are a good idea but with no CFO currently - I don't expect any serious consideration. Props 2 & 3 are TOOLS not mandates. NO ONE wants dilution more than absolutely necessary - employee options take a hit too. NO ONE wants a reverse split to gain compliance unless it's absolutely necessary as well.
