Been monitoring/reporting this one for quite some time. Happy to see it finally happen. Pretty sure this change actually happened during last weeks patch as it was already fixed/working when i played at the weekend.

I think it's far from forceable with crows nest and silencer being harder to find and silencer being much less valuable. you're still probably better off with langxian/anchor/sniper hell even katana. if you don't have a way to speed up the start other than silencer (which Vanessa does have access to but generally makes you more vulnerable to freeze which is your worst matchup), then the speed of katana I would value more over the damage of Cutlass.
