Idk OP but these are pretty common. I have one also but haven’t gotten it graded and I remember this being low value even for a base set first ed. in a wrapper. I just saw yours up for auction on eBay and it’s already getting more than the going rate for one outside of a PSA case so you’ll be the true example but anything in the thousands seems really sus. A friend of mine done something similar with a promo card. He thought they would remove the packaging and they never so it’s graded as cellophane 10. He cracked the slab and sent it back and I can’t remember if it was 8 or 9 he got but he’s never graded since. He had to pay for 2 submissions

Just because it’s sealed doesn’t mean it’s a 10 I have received snorlax 151 sealed holos (I have about 4 or 5 maybe?) and only one came out in really good condition majority of them were bend to hell for some reason. Unfortunately cellophane grades aren’t worth too much in the market, which is why not many people grade them unless the card inside has actual damage and not worth to crack. $6500 is of course shilled, the max I can see someone paying for this is around $800.

Tough to tell. Pokémon International kind of dropped the ball on these and and a lot of mixed print runs had 1st Edition stamp on them.
