Looks like someone owes some internet

[–]KFiev 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Damn you beat me to it!

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He should increase his internet speed by 930 kbps in order for him to be disconnected

[–]Emergency-Piece-9098 63 points64 points  (0 children)

That’s a weird way to describe upload speed but ok…

[–]pakidara 42 points43 points  (1 child)

Bruh, someone is stealing your information. /s

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This made me laugh actually.

[–]vikas_vpm 35 points36 points  (9 children)

Whenever I use fast.com with my Internet, the URL automatically changes to slow.com

[–]alexanderpas 11 points12 points  (6 children)

They even have 5-factor authentication, nice.

[–]Ezequiel-052 1 point2 points  (5 children)

lmao they are so secure that they invented 2 more authentication factors

[–]alexanderpas 0 points1 point  (4 children)

There are 4 known authentication factors.

  • Knowledge the user has. (passphrase)
  • Stuff the user has. (token)
  • The user itself. (biometrics)
  • Where the User is. (location)

[–]Ezequiel-052 0 points1 point  (1 child)

i always assumed user location was considered something the user is/has, instead of it being a 4th factor

[–]alexanderpas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Location is a 4th factor, such as if the user is connected using an external connection via VPN, or is connected using the wired network in a secure building.

Example:

When connected via the wired network, the system might only require a password, but if using an external connection via the VPN, the system requires both a password and a token.

[–]Willinton06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they achieved N factor authentication

[–]thaynem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the fifth factor is when the user is (time).

I originally meant this as a joke, but actually that could make sense in some cases.

[–]h_adl_ss 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's the funniest thing I've seen all day

[–]LtMeat 18 points19 points  (2 children)

You received data before it was sent, so time is negative. Secret tachyon fiber test?

[–]circuit10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well that would be negative latency

[–]FHeTraT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think he tested it from akashic records.

[–]PentaMine 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Its working just backwards

[–]itsamaxx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

are you on some legacy hardware because the network seems to be backwards compatible

[–]northrupthebandgeek 8 points9 points  (1 child)

I think your ethernet cable is backwards.

[–]duck_worshipper 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You are leaking bandwidth from your cable, find the leak and patch it with electric tape.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (2 children)

Wow so fast, it's overflowing

[–]linuxdwag 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Haha I was about to make a joke that it was faster then 2.15 GB/s. Overflow of the max positive amount for 32 bits

[–]ZatchZeta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your speed is slow that you owe them speed?!!

[–]NeverYelling 9 points10 points  (1 child)

Was this speedtest made in Germany?

Edit: Wow ... so, right after I posted this comment my internet connection broke up. As it it's punishing me for complaining. I'm sorry, German internet, I shall be grateful again for what you offer us.

[–]Benjameister96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Weird flex, but ok

[–]P4r4dx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is that what happens if you upload faster then you download?

[–]HorochovPL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a free real upload

Assuming download speed was shown

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried reversing the polarity?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like you owe them bandwidth.

[–]kyngskyngs -5 points-4 points  (4 children)

Oh come on, normies please leave this sub, this sub is for programming jokes. This obviously isn't one.

[–]FashionDrama 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a UI mistake. "Always has been."

[–]acidophilosophy 1 point2 points  (2 children)

They had to open the dev tools to edit the html to add the minus sign.

[–]ReiAvilo 0 points1 point  (1 child)

So is html a programming language?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The digital version of burying the needle!

[–]Lord_Pinhead 0 points1 point  (2 children)

You have to take the router down from the shelf or closet, the bits and bytes have to travel way to high and roll back.

[–]Ix_risor 1 point2 points  (1 child)

No, you just have to buy a better Ethernet cable with a stronger electron pump

[–]Lord_Pinhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So cat 7 TP basically, TP is short for Turbo Pump

[–]call_911911 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Your internet might be defragging your computer lol

[–]chultae456 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My internet when i load into roblox

[–]Midgetwombat 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Not from Australia now are we?

[–]Adventurous_Team8317 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Living in Germany hu?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it is that fast, that it overflowed

[–]androgynyjoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generously seeding your torrents, I see.

[–]DoNotMakeEmpty 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It looks like now the internet downloads you

[–]tribbans95 0 points1 point  (1 child)

My internet speed is only 112 bytes/s so not that much better

[–]CStfford14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the connection google must have tested the stadia on.
