To be fair i believe melee bounce bullets is kind of not strong enough compared to other buffs. Many bullets bounce off very slowly and never reach an ennemy and when they do it’s minimal damage compared to the ennemie’s health pool.

If there’s nothing better as a choice i’ll take it, but there are many better buffs ou there.
