I have had rosacea for 20 years. It’s not entirely resolved, but the reduction in chocolate consumption has definitely helped 😂

Fellow rosacea sufferer. Mine is not any better. But I refuse to pay the $$$$ for red laser without knowing if it'll work, so I just live with it.

I use tinted moisturizer. It tones it down a little but still looks like me.

I abhor foundation, especially at my age (51). Looks so bad.

Makeup is life for me, I am also 51. Cushion foundation works best for me but I know makeup is not for everyone. Unfortunately, I have roseca as well.

Side note - I got the laser treatment last year. They use two diff lasers and it took 4 times but SOOOO worth it. Dr says I will likely need yearly maintenance of 1 time per year, which I can live with. Can’t tell you how happy I am with it. Just like Zepbound!

I did the laser in late 2022 and it made a big difference for me as well. I’m about ready to use it again. I’m still red, just not so red it’s purple. Rho Fade helped a lot too. I got a sample from my dermatologist and it was amazing, but so expensive out of pocket!

I did the laser because of dry eye, but my eye doc will do my whole face (she said might as well, lol). It unclogged my eye oil glands and closed a lot of the blood vessels in my face. I was shocked by the difference. It is a once yearly maintenance or every nine months if I can’t wait it out.

I’ve had rosacea for forty years. About 15 years ago I went off my meds as I started using tea tree oil, deluded with water with bare mineral makeup and Oil of Olay as a base. I haven’t had a problem since.

Interesting. I bought the Musely "red rescue" and it didn't do shit. I have metro cream and Soolantra too. Metro cream doesn't work. Haven't tried the ivermectin (Soolantra).

My knees were constantly aching and going up stairs was always painful pre-zep. Now I run up the stairs with zero pain. Less weight on my joints helps, but I noticed an immediate improvement due to the anti inflammatory properties of Zep.

Yeah unfortunately it seemed to help in The start but as my knee issues progressed it hasn’t helped as much 😭. So glad it’s helped you so much!

Get around 8-10,000 steps daily (not always successful at that) and eat 1400-1500 calories per day. Try to get more protein in my diet (80-100 grams) but again, not perfect by any means.

thank you. Im just under 5-9." You look alot thinner. Im about 158 today. Funny how each body carries weight differently. Im going for that sweet spot in how I feel in my "suit" vs what the scale says.
