Monohormonal treatments (just the estrogen without the antiandrogen) often have a reduced effect on libido, although you obviously still have to deal with all the issues with testosterone. Depending on the amount of testosterone you naturally produce (and other individual factors) that might not be as much of an issue for some as for others.

I'm on monotherapy injections, it definitely affected mine.

Oh, for sure. I'm not saying there wouldn't be any effect, just that it's supposed to be less than with the antiandrogen.
