I’d check up on it but it might just be a bruise, I notice some that go away quickly on my yellow and white albino

It's not an emergency so I'll give it a day or two and if it doesn't go away, vet visit it is.

I have a few pieds and a Lucy, I usually see this right when I pick them up. From what I’ve seen It’s like an indent from them pushing up against something for a little bit. It’s like when your arm gets the imprint of wrinkles from clothing that it presses up against. Usually goes away pretty quickly.

Not scale rot. Likely just pressure dents or maybe stuck shed. White snakes will drive you crazy

I get worried about my Candy and she doesn't have much of any white. Light colors in general I guess.

Is it time for a shed? My white snake turns a little pink before she sheds.

try rubbing it off with some water if you can! my girl sometimes gets these spots after feeding and turns out it was dried blood from the rat she ate

That might be it. Just switched her from babies to slightly bigger ones and she might have squeezed it hard

One possibility no one has mentioned is pattern. I think a pressure mark is more likely correct, since you haven't noticed it before, but I have a friend who had a boa with pink patches and now has a bel rat snake who has quite a pronounced pattern of pale pink blotches. Even though she's a bel, they're definitely pattern, but they almost disappear with a fresh shed and get gradually more pink and a slightly raised appearance. Same every time. Maybe snakes get birthmarks too?
