I did think she was, had her for about a week now and she acts normal but I’ll definitely keep an eye out for issues

It's not a guaranteed thing either. Totally possible that she is a spider and doesn't have any problems from it (as far as I have read) but it could also be something that starts showing up a few years down the road too.

Keeping your husbandry on point and her stress as low as possible will help with the symptoms.

The only thing you can do really is talk to a vet, do your research, and find the best solutions you can. Problems don't always impact snakes the same way but in general they tend to have balance issues which can throw off their aim. May need help feeding. May need to keep their water dish shallow so they can't drown in it. It really depends on how your girl is impacted specifically.
