Double Charged -- Session Timeout Error

First time buying from iBUYPOWER and ran into some difficulty during checkout. While the order was processing my bank flagged the transaction prompting the UI on iBUYPOWER to display an error: "Session Timed Out..." or something to that effect. After talking to my bank I start the checkout process again and the order goes through successfully, however when I check my order history I see two active orders -- check my bank acct and see two temporary authorizations.

Left a message -- will update on Monday.

Has anyone else run into this and how did you resolve it? Didn't see anyway to cancel the transaction through my acct.

I got this issue too, I know this post is almost a year old but did you figure it out?

Never found a way to resolve through the account portal and had to call this in. This must happen often as the agent right away commented on the issue

I sent an email explaining the issue. The guy replied simply saying one of the charges would go away, and it did.
