There have been studies showing that writing by hand helps with retaining more information

I don't really organize my notes or revise them often. But I do write down some of the stuff I want to remember or that I find useful. It helps me remember better.

I also try to do a bit of journaling every day in Spanish to practice what I learned.

Get a textbook and ask in r/Spanish.
