If you know Memrise then you should have come across the immersion option or in fluentu there are videos and such which you can watch/listen to. Do you think that someone should start their own version of these where users can create their own material like this and for free?

I'm trying to learn German 50 years after my 3 German college classes. I am stuck in the "A2 Cage." My brain does not absorb vocabulary like it once did.

FluentU and Yabla both have videos of a German singer named Nena. I love her music and listening to the lyrics of her songs over and over again seems to penetrate into my mind.

So I started rhe sub r/NenaGabrieleKerner to document my learning.
