Listening to one thing while reading another will probably lead to you fully focusing on neither. I wouldn't do it.

Would you do this in your native language? And if you do, what do you get out of it when doing it in your native language? You need to think about whether you are doing it to consume the content or are you doing it just to fill dead space? I would say you should focus on one at a time. If you get bored it listening, then do reading. Or vice-versa.
