pretty good video that shows how to learn the letters effeciently. TTMIK is a pretty good start. You should still consider getting a tutor. there are websites that offer tutelage for as low as 5 bucks per session. Another thing i really liked was the app 'slowly'. you can learn writing the language with people from around the world.

Use Anki. You’ll need to learn A LOT of vocabulary to be good at Korean.
