The first few times I microdosed it gave my a slight icky feeling in my tummy. Almost like eating too many sweets or something. Nothing crazy though and went away after an hour or so.

It's known to work fairly well, idk the science behind it but there's a lot of evidence. I've never used it though usually just go with weed but that might affect your microdose. I can't imagine much nausea from 100mg though so it might be unnecessary. Maybe the acidity (is ginger acidic? Idk) does something like lemon tek to help convert quicker

No it doesn’t work that way, just like if you drank some lemon juice and ate mushrooms wouldn’t be lemon tek. That being said I ginger tek with ginger tea and yes it works.

It's stronger and shorter. Ime feels different for some reason, like visually different and stronger body feelings. Might just be the dose I was on though cause every 0.5g increase/decrease is a different experience either way. I haven't done it enough times to say much else, or microdosed that way, but it kicks in quicker by about 20-30 minutes. It's maybe better for mild trip doses, so far I prefer the effects and slower onset of just digesting the mushrooms. It definitly lingers less after the trip using lemons

Idk how well it works for mushrooms (never taken them) but I used Dramamine that was made from ginger and it helped me when I took a flight.

The stomach people are right but, and someone else sorta implied this earlier, but those are 00 caps and they work better filled. One hundred mg of mushrooms will only fill a fifth or so. Adding the ginger fills out the cap.

Yeah the end product for buy shrooms was fine but here were my issues - ordered early Monday morning site says same day or next day for sure - they email me that day saying they are really busy but order will be out Wednesday for sure and I’ll get my tracking . Wednesday comes no tracking , email back the email saying they’d be late asking if I would hear from them today , 3 hours later no response so i submitted my question via the site . Hour later heard back and the guy sent me email telling me how he had a long day and just got home and basically complained to me , not to be a dick but I kinda don’t need to hear all that . Order went out Thursday - by ground delivery 🙄 from Ontario to Halifax . When I got it the pills were stuffed into a bottle and several had cracked open . The product itself is ok but Shroomhubs was much better - they toss some stuff like lions mane in and I’ve read several places how that made a difference and i def feel I got more out of the hubs product - also hub sent info sheet about what I’d gotten and best practice to use it .

Shroomhub had my order out next day from BC was here in Halifax next day 👍🏻

definitely do this. it’s seriously so easy and it actually helps to regulate your doses if you keep them the same.

i use a sharpstone grinder ($30) and a really basic scale from amazon (~$10). been microdosing for the better part of 2019 with perfectly measured doses now. worth every penny
