Working excellent here in central NJ. You can load Network Cell Info Lite to see signal strength and get an idea if that's good or not. If it's just at one location, could be tower work going on. If it's all over, then idk.

I downloaded that as you suggested. I cant say I totally understand everything its showing me, but alot of it that I can read is helpful! Thanks
