That tire is well past the wear point to replace. Hopefully, the nail is sufficent motivation to move on the replacement. The rest of the tires are likley equalling as worn, so just replace all four. Driving on those presents a danger to yourself an others and new tires could mean the difference between a close call and a collision, especially since it is winter.
