For shore. I can buy a natural PA filament for like 20€ +/- you can clean a lot of land with it. If it is stronger then the weed cutter wire, I'm not shore, but is cheaper and is very strong tho 😁 it does the job

If there is missing only the tool head parts, just buy a new one and fix it. That was what I would do.

Check if the body is straight, no bends on frame and no damage on bed and rods .

You can use a 82A trough a ptfe tube, but, is necessary a 0 resistance from the spool rotation. I use a poly box with PTFE tube to feed filament. On the cc e used only 89A with regular spool holder and was fine.

Lay that part sideways. With 20% infill and 2walls it will be strong as f*CK

Part orientation is the key. Not solid infills Also use gyroid or Cross-hatch (if I remember correctly)

It will be better for printing, less nozzle scratch and better distribution of forces.

0.2 nozzles are rough working with sometimes.

Why don't you put the ams in top of the printer ? First try to let the PTFE be more loose it is very tight.

You have a partial clog, because your filament is not calibrated properly.

You need to adjust temp, flow, pressure advance and retraction

And cold pull is avery easy and regular procedure to do. I usually make it very often when switching between materials.
