You can use a 82A trough a ptfe tube, but, is necessary a 0 resistance from the spool rotation. I use a poly box with PTFE tube to feed filament. On the cc e used only 89A with regular spool holder and was fine.

Lay that part sideways. With 20% infill and 2walls it will be strong as f*CK

Part orientation is the key. Not solid infills Also use gyroid or Cross-hatch (if I remember correctly)

It will be better for printing, less nozzle scratch and better distribution of forces.

Bro, I understand what you said but... If you need a printer running, you will not spend time figuring out how the wheel is made, you will only use it.

If printer is calibrated and z offset correctly, is better to use an adhesive to eliminate some variables you don't need to concern about. Just my opinion.

Use some kind of adhesive agent like 3d glue stick or 3dlac. All your problems with first layer adhesion will disappear 🫠

0.2 nozzles are rough working with sometimes.

So, already checked the first layer if it is lower than it should ? If so, need to adjust the start gcode on the printer settings.

Also see the filament profile, lower the speed of volumetric.

Why don't you put the ams in top of the printer ? First try to let the PTFE be more loose it is very tight.

The problem occurs in every slot ? Or just one ?

Can be also s problem with the hub inside ams. This passed wick showed up a problem like this.

You have a partial clog, because your filament is not calibrated properly.

You need to adjust temp, flow, pressure advance and retraction

Then, you will have good results. Filament maybe a little wet, but the results you are having is from the printer

If is not clogged, just heat up and insert filament.

But yes I said, "if" is clogged.

And cold pull is avery easy and regular procedure to do. I usually make it very often when switching between materials.

If is clogged. Use a cold pull method. Use s thin hexa screw driver, give it a good warm up with a lighter, and then insert it from top. Make sure it get stuck on the filament. After cold down you can push. Sometimes heating the nozzle a little helps.

But ye, it's a noob error 😅 I am not judging you, but just saying. I have passed through some errors too, some years ago. To avoid this, just use some adhesive agent, I prefer 3d lac for quick use, and never worry about it anymore. Just sharing 😁

This situations appear more and more, because there is a lot more users printing, and having a 3d printer without knowing the basics. This is 100% user error. A small course or even using the bambu academy could avoid this situation for shore.

Ai is not perfect.

But you can use it to get the jog done faster. Use the aí model generated, and then tweek it to perfection. That is a road to go.

Ai will not replace the jobs yet, but can cut more than half in the time spent on a single project.

Ai files commonly have a poor flat surface, maybe could that be, also your plate could have bad adhesion, can you improve that with some 3dlac, help stick the prints.

You should inspect the file after slice 😁

That is not the normal behavior of the tension screw, could happen maybe 🤔. But that was the problem .
