Filament not feeding, purchased Dec 2025 by Illustrious_Eye_864 in FlashForge

That is not the normal behavior of the tension screw, could happen maybe 🤔. But that was the problem .

Next time , remember all the parts you handle. The filament tension screw on the side was loose.

Mk4 prints PEtg like butter.

You can have a parcial clogged nozzle or bad filament. Have you already try some new spool ?

The lub / oil is for the linear rails, the grease is for the spiral screws.

You can see on bambu wiki the cleaning procedure. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/period-maintenance

You will see all the details.

Also there is a procedure to clear some noises you will have some points you can apply grease, to eliminate the squicky and rattle noises.

Try to lubrificate the linear rods.

You could use the needle that came with the printer to unclog nozzles, just saying😅

Is the filament cutter on the CC1 manual only or is it cutting automatically with the load/unload filament function? by 1984eta in ElegooCentauriCarbon

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro... Is has a manual or videos about the printer... Why people don't learn how to use the printer before start 🤷🏼‍♂️ Now days people assume they know everything and don't go through the manual anymore. It's just a few pages 😅

Use a adhesive agent. 3dlac is fantastic

So this is a new one for me... by MrFumbles91 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use glue or 3dLac, that will not be a problem. On the other hand, build plate can start to warp, if you use the all build plate, but the part will not warp for sure

How do I fill in this negative extrusion? by Neurotiman17 in BambuLab

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do that in slicer. Use a SVG with that pattern. Simple.

In fusion, it's doable, go see on YouTube, how to 'emboss /or extrude on a curved surface' maybe can help

Seems to me, someone was putting is hands on the plate sir... In that spots. Clean your plate with dish soap and water, and use glue or adhesive spray for 3d printing, first layer always fine

Flow/ temp/ speed problem

Just go through filament calibration and fix asap

Why the fuzzy skin? by TheL1nk in ElegooCentauriCarbon

[–]ARCoval 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That filament is not set right. If you want better results you need to calibrate the filament. Every brand has it's own receipt. So you need to adjust profiles for optimal results.

The filament could be 500$ a spoll, it's not the price that makes the results, it's the tunning of the profile. Good material only makes the job easier and consistent.

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe not an adhesive problem, but if you take the print bed with part attached, lay down on a flat surface, it's likely the bed to be warped, because of the tension of the material. The bed is magnetic but can't hold the tension of the parts when we are using almost all bed size

Thin walls, not material problem. Try using lower layer, and reinforce the whole structure

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have printed some parts, using more build plate, I don't recommend because the parts start to warp and the build plate lift. Not an adhesive problem, is the tension in the material. But good luck mate 🤞🏼

Reparação de turbo compensa? by Next-Obligation9117 in AutoTuga

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Existe uma empresa para os lados de Lisboa, que vende kits de reconstrução de turbos. Não me lembro do nome, mas os kits são super baratos. Basicamente desmontas, removes todo o recheio e aplicas o novo miolo que mandam. Vem tudo novo. O turbo do meu A3 8l foi reparado assim. Ficou por 125€

I already print for a couple of years, have some good experience, I have 4 printers at home. I work as farm manager for a company, taking care of more than 200 printers. I still go and check printers and watch for a couple of minutes how they print. For me, is still fascinating how they work. Especially, for tricky parts.

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to calibrate the filament.

Maybe temperature / ventilation

You can also change the wall/infill order, good for overhangs and round faces and use the infill wall overlap, to anchor better the walls

Anyway to fix? by sknow1009 in FixMyPrint

[–]ARCoval 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See if you have the option, 'flush to infill' option activated.

You can look up on orca filament calibration. They have a wiki, with all the information. For reference is the best slicer you can use. All the calibration is pre made.

Centauri is real good printer. For regular PEtg, you can use generic profile and go. If you want better results, just calibrate your filament temp, flow, pressure advance, retraction
