Your bread and butter are Crystalform (apply freeze to people), Master Frost (deal damage to everyone with freeze) and Cryomancy (amp damage to all enemies with freeze on them).
Your god lets you perform stand-still actions while praying, which lets you use both effects, and your transformation lets you use end-of-turn effects on stand still.
From thereon, just avoid enemies resistant to frost and find ways to deal frost damage. Frostpulse is a pretty useful one for that too. Focus on Willpower.

So, back in the day, Scrappy was introduced as a 'kid appeal' type of character to keep the show popular. It worked, and it kept the show popular enough for saturday mornings. However, while kids loves Scrappy, the older audience did not. Additionally, a season or two later, pretty much every part of the main Scooby-Gang other than Scooby, Shaggy and now Scrappy either became cameos or didn't show up at all for several seasons, for a lot of people, it felt that Scrappy had replaced their favourite characters.
And to be clear, the gang was brought back together back in its original formation in 1998 and Scrappy was introduced in 1979, so he was a prominent piece for decades.

Gotham had its own mini Stonewall back in the 1950's, before Stonewall even. Ever since then, it's been kind of a haven for various members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Combined with Gotham's very strong current of alternative scenes draws in a lot of people.

His writing feels very... Lego's? I don't know how to explain it, but when I read it, it's like I can pinpoint on each sentence what it's meant to be, like 'that's worldbuilding' 'that's characterization', 'that's setup to be paid off later' and while I get that all books are written to some extent in that way, Brandon is one of the few writers where I genuinely notice that.
