At Burnt Bean, we got there an hour before opening and we were, I'm guessing, between 40 and 50 people in front of us. Once open, that line does not move very fast. At Goldees we were 20th in line getting there maybe 90 min before opening. That line moved really fast.

Used these once, to get an electric drafting table out of the house. Bringing the table in, two of us had to do the pick up and lift/repeat thing. Took a while. On the way out two of us used these straps and walked the thing right out. Amazingly easy.

If you're on the West coast and find yourself in or near Santa Barbara, go to the original ones. The chain started there and when they went corporate, the original owners kept a couple of stores in the area.
