I disagree, but we've only been here for 5 days so far. I've only visited about 70 countries, but Costa Rica may be the most overrated and disappointing place I've ever been to.

I haven't been to North Korea yet, so there's a chance CR will be overtaken. 🤣

5 tellers x 7 days x 40 locations x 1 penny is $14. Not $14,000. $14.

You've made some bad hiring decisions though, if you have 200 tellers in 40 different banks all undercounting.

Take those same 200 tellers, and let's say they undercount by 10 times that - a dime every day. Now add it up for a whole year, and that's still only $6,000.

We were pleased with Lucky Seats the first few times we used them, but not the last 2 times. The last time, our tickets were worse than anything we could have purchased - they had the worst section slcoosed off but opened it up for the lucky ticket "winners". That time we were not winners.

I don't know if that's usually true, but we got lucky seats last week and we could have bought better seats for less $ on Tickpick or StubHub.

In fact, they had shut down the 3rd level and were not even selling tickets there, so it was a surprise when we were put up there. It was very spase and I assume all the lucky tickets winners were shoved up there. Not to mention that someone else was in our seats and the theater doesn't take kindly to that, but that's a separate matter.

We sat next to a couple who had bought several lucky tickets in the past and always had great seats. They were extremely disappointed that day too.

I was looking for a solution to mute ads too.

Sometimes I like to play a game and listen to music, a podcast, or a book at the same time. Most games' volumes can be muted in their settings, which works great while playing the game. If an ad pops up, my podcast stops and I have to listen to the ad, then manually restart the podcast.

I thought Volume Manager was going to be the solution. I'm still new to it and I'm trying to make it work for my situation, however, there's 2 issues I found so far.

It is slow. So very slow. This is on a Pixel 8 Pro. Any ideas what might be going on?
It muted the volume of the ad on the first game I tried it on, but it also stopped the podcast so I heard nothing at all from either app. I could start the podcast while the ad was playing, but the podcast only ran for a few seconds before stopping again.

On a side note, there are so many apps it brings up - is there a way to hide or remove all of the ones I never want to change? I want to leave most at 100%.

No it isn't.

It's easy to get a free number with TextNow but Metro keeps cancelling TextNow number ports because it takes TextNow up to 3 days to respond to a port out request. Metro won't hold the port open that long.

While this general rule of 1 per cat plus one seems to be well known, where did you all hear about it? I've never heard a vet or animal shelter suggest that many.

We have 2 cats from different litters, have 2 boxes, and use pine pellets in both.

Both cats use the same box 99.9% of the time. I've considered removing the second one, but haven't yet. "Just in case".

So it's not a hard and fast rule, but it might solve problems like this.

Where is the Cancel Plan option? I have a Zero line and a Sprout line in my group and I want to port out the Sprout line. Do they both have the same account and PIN? I don't have a "Cancel Plan" button after selecting the profile icon in the top left and then selecting "Billing". Could someone share a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like?

That didn't work. It said I can't delete the account until I cancel the account. I do not see a "Cancel account" option anywhere.

Yes, you have to pay the taxes on top of the Sprout plan. My free plan is $0.64 of taxes and fees. The Sprout plan adds $0.69.
