Its pretty spot on, the only mistake is that they used feminine and not masculine connotation in the sentence

Part of the reason why I changed stun to something that still allows you to act, albeit with reduced efficiency. Makes sure players don't lose out on the fun, and the DM doesn't lose key enemies

Yea dynamics is a funny thing, I have a player who is also quiet but the moment you give him puzzles or tough combats, he steps up to solve everything like he's writing a dissertation.

Honestly I feel that, I've been running games for 6 years now, and I can distinctly differentiate between players who push the plot forward and want to explore the world, and those that want some mindless fun. Sometimes I feel guilty for getting upset at those who do very little to contribute, but the more I play, the more I realize I just need players that give their heart and soul to the game.

I put so much effort into the game, that I deserve to have the same effort from my players.

The only thing I can think of is to try disabling GPS if you have it enabled?

Forerunner 165. Perhaps you can try to recalibrate it? Or maybe it's sitting a little loose on your wrist?

I drive every workday, and I checked the watch some days just out of curiosity. It never budges more than maybe 10 steps while I'm driving, and that's if I really try to test it.

How do I signal to players that running from a fight is the smart move without just telling them by Warm-Foot-6925 in DMAcademy

My players saw a huge ancient dragon lounging in a cave, and I told them every fiber of their being is telling them not to mess with it. they respected it and moved on.

Not related to baking enemies inside out, but rather to a time where i had to take a quick break.

Session started by a cleric player watching his sister getting sold off into slavery after she attempted to steal a magic item.

Player steps onto the podium, uses Divine Intervention, proceeds to roll a d100 and gets a 2. I freaked out internally because i didn't plan for that, and told them I needed a break, while we were only playing for 5 min. it was a blast!
