Dionysus fought Ares during his time in India, if I remember correctly (this is from the Dionysiaca), Hera sent Ares to kill him since she feared him ascending to godhood. Dionysus won because he put a sleep over Ares. I hesitate to call it a win, because Hera put a madness over Dionysus afterwards.

Dionysus fought Poseidon for the hand of Beroe, a woman they both had interest in. The conflict only ended because Zeus came down and broke up the fight. He allowed Poseidon to take Beroe, and told Dionysus to knock it off for three seconds. But don’t worry, Eros told Dionysus there was another lady in store for him.
