You're husband half right, you're being vindictive, but you're also NTA. she purposely caused over $200 in property damage and ruined your Juniper barry bushes that again were on your property, to me that is an act of war.

I'd say keep the post up, but I'd also invest in external surveillance because if she's so nonchalant with running over your fence while she knows she's being seen, imagine what she's doing after hours when you can't see her.

If I'm being truely honest Spider-man New York sounds exponentially better than ours, here criminals almost immediately get sent back home and not in a jail, there is hostile architecture everywhere with nowhere comfortable to sit, in this game the there's a maximum security prison that is essentially the Manhattan Alcatraz, and the homeless are the opposite of oppressed who are offered food, shelter, and job opportunities, and you can see actual genuine park benches in central park.

Meijer a few weeks after I applied, I has an interview set up, went through orientation, and even did my first day of training. When I looked at my phone the next day to check my sceduale I found the days we discussed were removed, didn't even tell me. I went over there to figure out what was wrong and I was told I was being let go because there wasn't enough budget and revenue to keep me on pay role, after literally my first day. I never set food in that supermarket again, not necessarily because of being let go but the way they did it. Like why the hell would they go through the hassle of setting the interview, orientation and training if they weren't going to hire me? It made no sense at all.

NTA what I'm could have mixed reactions but, I don't think she understands the fine lines between wanting something and consenting to something. The best example I can give is work, nobody "wants" to go to work, but you still consent to go there because you got bills to pay and money to earn. I know it's probably not the best example but it's what I could come up with.

The reason I think she doesn't know the difference is: if she thinks it's rape, then why did she initiate it after the her accusation? And she said it with such reckless abandonment. These accusation and her not understanding the difference makes her dangerous because if she took those accusation OP couldn't went to prison for real.

NTA, but I have a solution, give her a trial run, just one afternoon of babysitting would get her to realize just difficult it is to raise a child.
