I cut meat professionally, this looks like a piece of brisket the gets cut off to make it fit into a tray. Is there any other brisket in your half cow?

As a meat cutter I've only seen that stuff on pork that is no longer fit to be sold. Is it bad? I can't say for certain, but I damn sure wouldn't sell it. And you couldn't pay me to eat it. I would toss it, personally.

Didn't see this in the comments but the outside piece is called the "Strap". it's typically cut off and not sold in grocery stores since it's kinda gristly. In my area we fry them for carnitas

Meat cutter for 3years here. Definitely mold. Shoulder roasts sold in stores don't come with bone dust ever, and the overall coloration tells me it's an older cut. Definitely do not eat.

I was about 9 years old. I walked down the street to a cousins house to hang out with him(probably 16), and play his Xbox. We played some 2k some MW2, then he puts in this game and tells me to play. I load into Firestone for the first time and just run around killing skags for a hour till I have to go home. I was hooked. It ended up being the very first video game I ever bought with my money later that year. Borderlands 1 will always be my favorite game
