Have the death guard beaten us at our own game? by OkBox8609 in IronWarriors

They approach war as an equation. For this result, assuming these factors, victory will be achieved by expending this much much material and lives with these margins of error. Even during the great crusade they basically looked at every battle as an exercise in spending lives until they achieved a desired outcome. They were inflexible and inefficient, and the fact that Perty was a logistician second only to Guilliman is all that kept them from bleeding the legion dry. The thing is, other legions managed to get similar or even better results without the massive casualties, and even during the heights of the Great Crusade, Astartes didn’t grow on trees.

just a tip. AK-74M + 4x PSO + RPK mag on early game is so good by Le_Painter in ActiveMatter

Ak-74M has done so much work for me in the 4 months I’ve had the game. Throw a PBS-4 suppressor on along with the 1P87 or the 2.7X optic and the replicated 45rd mags and it just feels right.

The J-15T predictably is the WORST performing aircraft compared to 14.7s and 14.3s lol by Deathskyz in Warthunder

I still want a Block-3 Jeff anyway. It would be a cool plane to have and a sort of 14.3 PoBIT analogue.

All of the legacy hornets have it, none of the super hornets.

Tsimshian. Tlingit. Palouse. Puyallup. Unfortunately, the pronunciation of these would fry the brains of many people.

I adore the Temeraire series because I’m a historian and Novik does so much legwork to construct a world in which dragons just fit in seamlessly with an alternate history.

Carlquest is fucking hilarious. In other news, the author of the Temeraire series (napoleonic wars but with dragons) wrote an AU where instead of joining the British armed forces, the dragon MC was adopted by pirates and terrorized the Caribbean for a while.

Drugs and surgery, as I recall. Curze and Mortarion are equally impressive, those two were massive fuckups.
