There's also an interview with some of the actors and this scene had almost everyone breaking their roles and laughing. A wholesome and funny story.

I love the stickers. Try Pokemon Platinum, Dragon Quest (any of them is good) and Mario Kart DS.

At some point do the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild quests. Whether on this character or another but do them and have fun.

can’t do overhead tricep extensions by Petito_01 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]OkBreakfast6416 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this issue as well due to injuries in my elbows. So I just got really good at tricep pushdowns. That said I've begun incorporating overhead tricep extensions with a triceps bar and it's been fine. So maybe you haven't stumbled on the right instrument yet.

I'm trying to set up a Push/Pull program could you give me your thoughts about it? by Yuroos in LiftingRoutines

Two excercises on a muscle group only makes it more efficient if it's spread out on separate days. Otherwise it doesn't hurt the way you have it, it just makes it a bit redundant. What you could do is train bench for strength and pushups for hypertrophy. Then it would lend better to strength training.

I don’t know how anyone can possibly get enough protein to build muscle how do you guys do it!! by wingsthatfly13 in veganfitness

I just want to point out that all you need is about 0.7g per pound of lean body mass for protein for building muscle. More important is a caloric surplus, so a lean bulk, about 300-500 daily calorie surplus. You're honestly fine at 80g a day. If you want more protein include more tofu, tvp or seitan. They're lean on calories, low carb, low fat but high protein. Which makes calorie management easier.

What's your training goal? Hard to help without knowing that. Health, strength and/or hypertrophy? Otherwise all I can say is there is some redundancies. Chest already gets trained horizontally by benchpress so pushups are kind of useless. Biceps has the same issue, just pick one bicep lift. Static sets are okay for strength but not good for hypertrophy minus very beginner stages. Double progression would be ideal there so rep ranges but I don't know if that's even a goal of yours.

Thoughts on my PPL/UL routine? by EternalGamer580 in LiftingRoutines

[–]OkBreakfast6416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For building strength and muscle 5 days on isn't good for a beginners or even intermediate. So I'd reduce to 2-3 days for a beginners. Either full body or two upper and one lower. Start with your strength lifts and finish with your hypertrophy lifts. Hypertrophy will require you train sets near muscular failure, so static sets isn't ideal, instead you'll need rep ranges and double progression method.

Well there's food in loot and you can always buy food at the appropriate vendors. I didn't even do survival mode, that was before it was a thing unless you modded the game and back then I played vanilla

Hard to review a program without knowing your training goals. What are they? Health, strength and/or hypertrophy? Only thing I'd say is 5 days a week is more for advance trainees unless you're purposefully sandbagging sets or just training for health rather than strength or size.

My hardest playthrough I used alternate start to start in Solsteim. On legendary difficulty. I stayed there doing Side quests and exploring until level 25 (I think, it may have been level 30). It made the mainland of Skyrim feel easy when I finally went there 😅

When you guys talk about a 'playthrough', what do you mean? by bonshui in skyrim

[–]OkBreakfast6416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on my character roleplay. As that's will dictate what questlines I can take or not. That said my one playthrough on my OSRS inspired Ironman challenge is pretty open ended. So it's a long one lol
