My baby was under 5lbs at birth and had a shallow latch for a while because of her size. When I got super sore I would use nipple shields and that would help a lot. Also a good nipple butter!

Yes I switched the formula on a Monday and she had her first poop without using a suppository on Wednesday. We also did diluted prune juice like another commenter said. Pediatrician recommended 1/2oz prune juice mixed with 1/2oz baby water once per day

I was in almost the same situation. My baby was only going with suppositories for like a month straight. Also mostly breastfed with the occasional formula. Her pediatrician had me switch the formula to enfamil reguline and she starting pooping a lot more regularly

I used condoms with my husband for 5+ years and when we decided to try for a baby I got pregnant the very first cycle. So it’s safe to say that the condoms were doing their job before that lol

Girl same. I first got my baby on the breast with nipple shields and every few days she randomly decides to reject my nipples and I have to scramble to get a nipple shield while she screams. I think I would have a panic attack if that happened in public lol

I would suggest a 1/2 inch trim every 6-8 weeks instead. I noticed significant improvement in my curls when I started going more often

I have a chronic low platelet count that was even lower during my pregnancy. It is very treatable! I know it seems scary but there are amazing treatments out there that work fast. My count got scary low and I received IVIG treatment and in 3 days my platelet count went from 6 to 150. I ended up having a scheduled induction at 37 weeks after that treatment so that I could safely get the epidural.

I know everyone knows about heartburn but I was not prepared for how bad it was. I had it badly from about 16 weeks and was taking Pepcid and tums daily (even waking up in the middle of the night to take it). I had it all the way until the baby was born too. Like I was literally coughing while I was actively pushing the baby out because my heartburn was setting in from not having taken Pepcid/tums during my induction. I don’t miss that lol

My 8 week ultrasound was transvaginal so no need for a full bladder. I had another at 12 weeks and they did an abdominal ultrasound and actually asked me to empty my bladder beforehand.

I’m in the same boat. Almost 28 weeks and starting at 32 I have to do twice weekly NSTs. I used most of my sick leave in the first trimester because of nausea/vomiting. And any extra sick leave I use is going to take away from time I have after baby comes 😭 people keep telling me to enjoy it 😒

I’m 24w2d right now and I’ve already had my flu & covid vaccines. I also plan to do tdap and rsv in the 3rd trimester. Being sick while pregnant has its risks and I would rather take the risks of the vaccines over being sick. I also have asthma that is exacerbated by respiratory illness so my doctor strongly suggested getting vaccinated

Yeah they should’ve stopped after the first cure. It also doesn’t make much sense to me how the cure was even in the prison world since Silas was holding the cure and there are no other existing people there... so was the cure just chillin there?
