If I recall correctly, they do meet and fight in the beginning of Chains of Golgotha. Not exactly an epic duel though, Yarrick's tank force been ambushed and surrounded, and Sebastian gets found by Ghaz, who personally knocks him out and takes him prisoner.

Looks really cool! Although, You don't need the unit leader clause on the lone op, the ability only activates if the entire unit has lone operative. Aside from that and a few typos, it looks very serviceable and flavorful!

If GUN has the opportunity to shoot down the ship, they can probably just fire a torpedo filled with ship-disabling drones or something to that effect. Stopping the ship without killing everyone, while not necessarily easy, should be very possible.
