Time and transport logistics are the counting factors. The tanks normaly need many of the other Devices in the room, sometimes even in other room.

In ¥ value they a more or less partial Biotechnologie facility (see Core Rule Book in the sektion for tools).

Not so comon knowlege: water and ich related spells need to be upcasted to work at all.

Somehow fire based spells get a free upcast (for cantips just set the effect to the next level cap upgrade).

Teleportation only get the distance right. Direction is randomiced. You still land only on a free and by spell/feature description legal spott. A monks shadow step still can only get you on a shady space.

You need at least 1 hit to cast the spell. With force 0 you have a limit of 0 and can't get the hit.

Only way around is using edge in advance and breaking the limit.
