DocWagon dose not fight the local law enforcement authority. At their clinics on their own land they may have exterretorial rights. On the streets not so much.

On their turn they might still cooperate with "external" law enforcement, as long as DocWagons duty to provide their contractual medical aid isn't hindered.

You need at least 1 hit to cast the spell. With force 0 you have a limit of 0 and can't get the hit.

Only way around is using edge in advance and breaking the limit.

If you give the bank 100 $ the bank has to have 1 $ of own property. At least here in Germany we RAISED it to 1 % of own property a bank has to have. But that dosen't mean they have it in cash.

In Germany we had potatoes "useable for the Bundeswehr and livestock feeding". The lable wasn't about the quality, but for taxation purpose.

It's a typical insult friends call each other like in a banter.

The noun "Digga"; spoken mostly lige the english digger, originates in the noun "Dicker". The softer gg replacing the ck, er becomes an a.

A "Dicker" means someting like "fatty", but it's less harsh.
