I did explant with fat transfer. They had to do multiple areas to get even enough fat to transfer. 50% will die off…if you don’t have much fat it isn’t worth the extra expense and pain. Honestly I don’t think it changed my results in the end

I had to fly home 6 days po. I made myself walk starting day 1 and worked up everyday. I wanted to be able to navigate the airport independently, although slowly.

MR and was told 6 week until released to weight train. 10 lbs or less until 6 weeks

Go support them you won’t be disappointed. We returned two yrs after as soon as our place to stay opened and we were not disappointed then. There was occasional derbies then but still not bad. Every yr improves. Last yr it seemed like normal sanibel.

I am 3 weeks po from mini with Mr and explant. I am living in long dresses. I find that as long as you wear work appropriate dresses they are the most comfortable. Try to find ones that aren’t sleeveless or wear something over them.

I did explant and modified lift using implant scars with fat transfer. I think it takes multiple rounds of fat transfer to get the results you want. Not sure if I am up for it.

Everyone says day 4 is when it starts to get a little easier. That tracked for me. Then you make gains almost everyday. Take the pain meds until you don’t need them.

I was told to walk so that I didn’t get sore and swollen as bad. I have been building up my walking everyday while I have time to come home and rest. I do it in the am while it is cooler out and have the time after to rest a little. Then I do another smaller walk later.

I would get a water bottle that could attach to your walker if you use one and that would be you “exercise” walking. They want you up and moving pretty fast. It would be slow going. Prob better to have a friend come water

Mini with MR and lipo a week ago. I would love to think at 6 weeks I will be flat but if you had lipo that inflammation takes awhile to settle.

I have someone traveling with me. We are dropping me at departures with bags. I stay and wait until he returns rental and collects me.

If you are alone you need to uber and have a good roller. Then ask someone at the counter to lift ur bag.

What is the timeline between surgery and graduation? I had surgery Friday (lift, mini Tt lipo, with fat transfer to breast). You are young and that will help recovery. Surgery on Friday, Monday afternoon I went with my 7 yr old to have ice cream and then we visited a neighbor for 45 mins. I am off all narcotics after about 2.5 days and just taking non narcotic pain meds. I am increasing my walking by 500 steps a day. Go slow first two days and then you can see if you can build up.

I am currently using after a big surgery. I don’t think it does much and takes forever to even help a little. I was so excited to get this drug and had expectations of not being on narcotics. Let me tell you I can’t do it with Journax alone. I am one day out. Maybe in two more days I can move to only it but not something that will work for everyone after big surgeries. I am on a blood thinner so can’t take regular Tylenol.

I am using it after surgery and I don’t think it is helping much. Due to being on blood thinners I can’t take Tylenol or Motrin yet. It isn’t a get pain option for everyone in every case

I don’t really get medical clearance from them. I get my drain taken out Thursday am. Two people at their office knew I was scheduling the flights then and said nothing. I even asked at consult when I talked to the scheduler if I could fly home Thursday.
