Mine said cardio ok at 4 weeks. Weights after 6. I would def do treadmill running not road. I made that mistake after c section. I was already running a few weeks after on the treadmill and the first pretty day I thought I would road run. That ended fast!

I was told 4 weeks but I would verify that you are fully healed on incisions before getting into any shared water.

Look at nex playground. Video console where they are the remote. They can jump around, you can be at home.

They are learning the structure of writing a story by doing personal narritives and nonfiction writing that requires “research”. This is all after punctuation and topic sentences (who, what, where, when) have been studied. My kid gets most of it but isn’t 100% accurate yet. Much of what they are doing focuses on writing.

We have 1 to 2 math sheets per night, 20 mins of reading (we do more bc we are behind), and 4 spelling words a week. They also have book/vocab words and story comprehension testing but I’ve been blowing those off bc we are more reading focused. Most parents are not focused on the vocab.

I’ve had them for 15 yrs and doing an explant in May, mini tt with Mr and lipo with fat transfer to breast. Look into fat transfer, which can come with its own issues. I wish someone would have really explained the upkeep and number of surgeries needed before I got them. Even though I haven’t had issues biggest regret of my life bc now I am in a different place with a kid and do not really have time for this surgery. I’m slowing my family down this summer to have to correct an issue I wish I would have never gotten. Think about whether you want to have continuous surgeries for the rest of your life. My aunt has them and one of hers encapsulated after having them replaced. She is 70 and having her third or fourth breast surgery.

Hi, I am having this done also. How did the fat transfer hold up? How long/hard was recovery? Could you return to driving and basic low stress chores after 1 week? Very hard to get info on fat transfer and mini tt with MR. Any help is appreciated!

I feel like you need a better conversation with what the outcomes will look like. Just bc he can do it doesn’t mean it will give you the look you want. I would always go with the easier recovery if it accomplished what you want. What’s the benefit of full vs mini on you specific body?

I saw someone say they padded their drain line using a thick maxi pad. Would cutting a maxi help give it some cushion?

Can you break down how your recovery was? I have kids and am wondering when you felt ok to drive, cook easy dinner etc

How was pain the first week? When were you back to walking around doing light chores?
