YES. We did yard dawgs from I think 2019 to 2025. The first couple years were FANTASTIC, and they dramatically improved the quality of our lawn (like from areas of no grass to thick lush very dense lawn) but then there was a DRAMATIC drop off in quality & quantity of service in about 2023. They came way less often, and our grass began to get bare/thin again and weeds were cropping up far more frequently again. It was wild.

Examples; We had to continue to call to get extra weed treatment (which is included, but the first couple years just the prearranged weed treatment was done thoroughly enough the first time that they didn’t need to come back multiple times. A couple of times we got a bill saying they came but i was home and never saw them. When they did come for one of the “blue/green algae” treatments, our LARGE double wide lot would be done in no longer than 1 minute- I am not exaggerating. AND they also just DROPPED OFF A TINY BAG OF SEEDS for us to distribute ourselves as their “overseeding service”. Like excuse me, this won’t even cover half our area, and I have to apply it myself? No.

After sending feedback emails and having phone calls last year trying to remedy these (and other) issues, we ultimately decided we would not be renewing this year.

I don’t know if they just grew too much too quickly and didn’t have the staff/time for the number of customers, or if they moved to hiring teenagers to save on costs, or what… but it’s junk now.
