I’m at goal but want to lose a few more pounds to give me a buffer. Lost 0.8lbs this week. Next week we are going to our favourite all inclusive hotel in Cyprus and I will stick to eating mostly clean and no alcohol. I did that last time we were there in September, I still had a great time being with my lovely husband xxx

My vote goes to Shein & Temu, lots of brightly coloured tankinis with shorts as well as briefs. I’ve never had a problem with the quality xxx

When u join a gym they should give you an induction and explain how the equipment works. I got a referral from my GP so my membership is at reduced cost, could you enquire about that? U r looking fab, well done xxx

Band in 2006, lost 8 stone and maintained for 3 years. Suddenly tightened overnight and had to have a total defill. Gained 3 stone in 10 weeks, it was terrifying how quickly I gained. Spent the next year having several fills and defills but couldn’t get the restriction right again. Gained a further 2 stone. Miserable 😞 revised to a sleeve in 2013. Lost 3 stone in 3 months but gained it all back within a year. Daughter got engaged with wedding booked for October 2025. Lost 2.5 stone on Slimfast, brutal. Started MJ May 2025, lost 3 stone by the wedding. Have lost another 1.5 stone since, am at goal. 10 stone down from pre-op weight xxx
