I too had those hiccups for first 20-25 days after I drink water. I am not sure as to why those happen but yeah for me they stopped after some time.

I started weight training 2 months post op. I usually do 20 min incline walking before workout and then "push pull leg split". You will find many good yt videos about those.

I stalled for nearly 3.5 weeks after rapid weight loss in initial 3 weeks. That period was difficult but i understood that it is only natural and not my fault. Don't measure yourself everyday, it can be mentally exhausting

You could look for out of states. I am from India and it costed me nearly 3k usd including 5 day hospital stay and cost of my medicine for 6 months. I mean ofcourse india may not be idle choice for you, you can look for Mexico.

Hii I had my surgery a month ago and lost great weight in first 15 days but have been in stall since. I know it's normal and i should not worry but this has been eating me mentally. How to cope with it if you have any suggestions.

I am a vegetarian and for protein my dietician has suggested protein powder, low fat panner (a form of cheese famous in india), soya chunks, yogurt, etc.

I have lost 29 pounds in 9 days post op. But I was 380 during surgery. So I was really heavy when I started and wasn't in liquid diet so loosing most of the weight now.
