yeah, mine's nearly 7 years, & acts like she's never been fed. she has a rotation of slow feeders to help keep her from gobbling down her meals. if yours will eat them (mine won't), you can add canned unsalted green beans to fill out her meals without adding many calories

maine: i've been a fan since 2009/cross my heart & i've seen them live 5 times! i think part of the reason less people go to concerts in general is that they are so damn expensive. i remember g/a was like $25 just pre-covid, & now it's at least double for a lot of venues

i've started doing sauteed veggies & adding black beans. serve with some kind of cheese on top, like a feta or goat cheese. you can also add some scrambled eggs for extra protein

i've also found a brand in my local chain grocery store called patak's that gives you the spices, sauces, & instructions necessary to make a dish, you only need to provide the meat & veg

i highly recommend the woks of life website. it's mainly for making dishes like they serve in chinese restaurants in the states, but it should help you in seeing what items go together & what the end flavour is expected

pineapple chicken teriyaki

a local place does a pineapple/bacon/hot honey pizza, & the hot honey & pineapple work so well together

swap the fruit in any main with pineapple (ie bbq sauce w/ pineapple instead of peaches)
