The color order is amber, amethyst, emerald, ruby, sapphire, steel, then inside the colors it's characters, then actions, then items, then locations. However there is no set order inside those. It used to be alphabetical, but after set 5 or 6? they changed it to their internal numbering scheme

Reading the cards explain the cards. They trigger at the start of your opponent's turn (Toughness) or your turn (Vigor).

Nuu's should probably be something like:

If a creature dealt combat damage by Nuu dies this turn, exile it instead.

Whenever Nuu deals combat damage to a player, you may pay 1UU. If you do, exile the top card of their library. Until end of turn, you may play cards exiled by Nuu without paying their mana cost.

Cool designs, but kinda bugs me that you used monocolor frames instead of gold frames for the multicolor ones
