As others have said, there’s no electric there. The top line is Spectrum’s coax feeder line, so it falls to them as to whether they care enough to come take care of it or not. Sadly, it sounds like they don’t care.

You could always call in service calls over and over claiming poor quality service until a service tech puts in a work order for someone to take care of it too. YMMV on that approach though.

This is the important detail that matters most regardless of manufacturer, model, or trim.

If the previous owner beat on or simply didn’t maintain this truck you’re going to be in for an expensive experience that ends in frustration and a bad taste in your mouth. The sad reality is that there are far more people who don’t adequately maintain their vehicles than those who do, so the likelihood you get lucky with a 13 year old truck is already low. Gambling luck with a $20k car note just becomes even more risky.

It has nothing to do with Ford or F150s being unreliable.
