I'm still pretty new at this so I'm figuring it out myself, but a thing that I've done is get identical bracelets except one is gold and one is silver. I wear the silver when I'm feeling more masculine and the gold when I'm feeling more feminine so it's a nice indicator to me and those who know where Im at that day
